expect after your booking is confirmed.
Before You Begin
To book a vehicle with Swift Ride, you'll need:
- A verified driver's license
- Connected gig driving accounts (Uber, DoorDash, etc.)
- A valid payment method on file
- Signed Terms & Conditions
How to Book Your Vehicle
Step 1: Browse Available Cars
1. Visit the Cars page or click "Browse Cars" from the homepage
2. Enter your location or allow automatic location detection
3. View available vehicles sorted by distance from your location
4. Use filters to narrow down by car type, features, or availability
Step 2: Select Your Vehicle
1. Click on any vehicle card to view detailed information
2. Review the vehicle features, photos, and specifications
3. Check the weekly rental cost ($399/week)
4. Click the "Book Now" button
Step 3: Choose Your Start Date
1. Select your preferred pickup date from the calendar
2. Confirm the weekly billing cycle start date
3. Review the rental terms and duration
Step 4: Complete Your Booking
1. Verify your contact information is correct
2. Confirm your payment method (managed through Stripe)
3. Pay the $200 refundable security deposit
4. Review and accept the booking summary
5. Click "Confirm Booking" to finalize
What Happens After You Book
Immediate Confirmation
- You'll receive a booking confirmation email within minutes
- The email includes your booking details and pickup instructions
- Your booking appears in the Overview dashboard
Before Pickup Day
- Before pickup: You'll receive a reminder email
- Digital key activation: Your Geotab digital key will be activated
- Final preparations: Ensure all documents are verified
On Pickup Day
1. Go to the designated pickup location
2. Open the Swift Ride app and navigate to your booking
3. Use the digital key to unlock your vehicle
4. Complete a quick vehicle inspection
5. Start driving and earning!

- Go to the Overview page in your account
- See your active booking status and details
- Access your digital key and vehicle information
Weekly Payments
- Your $399 weekly subscription auto-renews every 7 days
- Payments are processed through Stripe
- You'll receive payment confirmations via email
